INFORMATION CLAUSE
Pursuant to Article 13.1.2 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation) we notify as follows:
1. The administrator of your personal data is SERWACH Spółka z o.o. registered in Goleniow at 1 Maszewska Street, PL72-100 Goleniow, Poland
2. Your personal data will be processed pursuant to Article 6.1.b of GDPR for the purposes of the conclusion of the agreement and the implementation of its conditions, sale our products and services, and for financial settlements.
3. In certain occurrences, we have the right to transfer your data if it is necessary to allow us to carry out our services. We will only transfer your data exclusively to the following three groups of recipients: persons authorised by us, our employees and co-employees, who require the access to your data to perform their obligations, to data processors to whom we commission this task, and to other data recipients, such as couriers or banks.
4. Your personal data will be kept for 5 years.
5. You have the right of access to the content of your data and the right to rectify and delete the data, the right to restrict the processing of the data, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent prior to its withdrawal.
6. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, i.e. President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data, if in your opinion the processing of the personal data relating to you violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.
7. Your provision of the personal data is a condition for the conclusion of the agreement, i.e. the failure to provide
the data will prevent the conclusion of the agreement.
8. The processing of your data for marketing purposes, including profiling, and for analytical purposes is subject to your consent at your discretion.
Pursuant to Article 14.5.b of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), SERWACH Spółka z o.o. with its registered seat in Goleniów at ul. Maszewska 1, 72-100 Goleniów hereby notifies that with regard to the processing of archive data, the notification obligation is realised via the SERWACH Spółka z o.o. website, i.e. it is made publicly available so as to order to protect the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of the data subject.
COOKIES POLICY
1. The Site does not automatically collect any information, except for the information contained in cookies.
2. Cookies are computer data, in particular text files, which are stored in the end device of the Site User and are intended for use on the web pages of the Site. A cookie typically include the name of the website of their origin, duration of their storage on the end device, and a unique number.
3. The operator of the serwach.com.pl website is the entity that places and accesses cookies in the end device of the Site User.
4. Cookies are used for the following purpose:
a) customise the content of the web pages of the Site to the user preferences and to optimise the use of the web pages, in particular these files enable the identification of the device of the Site User and properly display the website in a manner tailored to the Site User's individual needs;

1. The serwach.com.pl. site uses two basic types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored in the User's end device until the User logs out, leaves the website, or exists the software (browser). Persistent cookies are stored in the User's end device for a duration specified in the parameters of the cookies or until their removal by the User.
